Energy Efficiency Review - How it works

Step 1: Book Your Appointment
Schedule your visit. Find a time that works for you via the bookings calendar.

Step 2: Receive your Energy Assessment
I will carry out an EPC assessment of your property and provide an initial rating based on the current energy efficiency of the home. Depending on the size of your home this can take anywhere from 30 minutes to one hour. 

Step 3: Consultation on Upgrades
After the initial EPC, In collaboration with you I will offer advice on which upgrades you should prioritise based on the predicted return on investment and potential EPC improvement. 

Step 4: Clear Guidance and Next Steps
At the end I will provide you with clear, actionable steps to improve your home’s energy efficiency to raise your Energy and EPC rating. 

Step 5: Reassessment
After upgrades are made, I will return to reassess the property and provide a new EPC that reflects the improvements. If you book this within 12 months it will cost just £20.
