Are you a landlord who wants to turn your E rating into a C?
If you’re letting a property, you’ll need an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) EPC – it’s the law! By 2030, you’ll also need to get at least a C rating, which if you don't have one yet, gives you some time to sort out any upgrades.
Apart from meeting legal requirements, a better EPC rating can actually make your property more appealing to tenants. As lower energy bills, a smaller carbon footprint are all factors that renters take into consideration now.
An EPC itself gives you insights into ways to boost your property’s efficiency, but we also offer an Energy Efficiency Review to help you figure out the most cost effective upgrades before we even issue the certificate.
